My wife Faye and I weren't certain what we wanted in new counter tops for home renos in our home. After talking with Janet and having everything professionally explained, we found our slab of granite, and things went extremely well from there. Jenn helped walk us through everything from purchase to installation. Everyone and everything exceeded expectations. We are so happy. Thanks for bringing our dream to reality. Highly recommend.

I came into the store and was amazed at the knowledgable staff member that helped me that day, along with letting me take home lots of samples then later with deciding what samples to put back as to narrow down the samples. I then hoped that the install would be as great, and i can tell you that it was.

Ruben and his team at Deluxe are second to non I have never worked with a company that’s as committed to there customers as they are I’ve been in the construction business for 25 years and build over 3000 house and I’m always impressed with Ruben and his team thanks for such a job well done on my own home

Deluxe Granite comes highly recommended from several friends who have used them for both granite and quartz countertops. A high level of customer service is important to me along with competitive pricing. Being able to view slabs in their entirety helps in choosing the right stone for my counter top. I will be doing a major renovation in the next few months and will look no further than Deluxe Granite for my quartz

We would like to thank Rueben, Janet, Jenn and the rest of the team at Deluxe Granite for their excellent assistance and patience during our kitchen counter replacement. They were extremely helpful, even suggesting we visit their supplier in Calgary to ensure we found granite that would satisfy our needs. From templating to completion it was less than two weeks. The installation crew of four people were extremely professional, created very little mess, cleaned up after themselves and completed the install in roughly four hours. Deluxe Granite installed new quartz in my kitchen, master bath and another 1/2 bath. I couldn’t be more pleased. From the time I walked into their door for my first consult to Ruben coming to our home to do the template, to the installers who installed the quartz, every step was easy and professional. They held firm to their timelines without delay. The instillation is flawless and attention was paid to every detail. I couldn’t be happier with my experience!

When was the last time the baby slept through home renos??? Thanks gentlemen for putting in my beautiful bathroom countertops! They are beautiful. Totally changes the bathroom. And...Thanks being so quiet! Great work. Recently saw the granite I'd love for he kitchen. Saw it in a show home a year or more ago and I never forgot it. They had it in stock. I may have to do more now. Some pieces are so lovely, it's almost a shame to cut them.

Just want to give a shout out for Deluxe Granite for all their expert advice, design help and patience. I was very indecisive on my choice, but Janet and Jennifer were so helpful and great with their advice! Not just on granite but many of my design decisions. The install went on time and as planned and when we wanted something touched up more to our liking, they said no problem. The guys came back to make sure we were happy with the results. We couldn't be happier and just love our granite! Thanks for all your help.

We purchased new counter tops --granite --in August. The installation and service provided was stellar. The communication was excellent. We chose SILVER WAVE from a Calgary warehouse as our granite of choice. We discovered a couple of manufacturing flaws after the counters were installed so we asked for an assessment by the installer and the owner of the company! We were SO well taken care of! Mark and I are impressed with your customer service- for sure! I am so appreciative that attempts to “fix it” were not made on the granite we had installed, and that, instead, a new piece was quickly made ready and installed- in the most time effective and expedient manner. We were not “put out” at all with the replacement of the peninsula granite piece. Instead, it was all done in one morning. SUPER! SILVER WAVE delights us every single day! I have been recommending Deluxe Granite and Deluxe Flooring all over the city. You have seriously impressed me with your professionalism, consideration of the customer, and determination to ensure that your customers enjoy the lovely materials they purchase from you.
